Feeling good today - physially, mentally. Had my counseling session with Jenny. We discussed ways to head off the negative cycle I get into. Interesting the part food plays in that cycle.

  2. Yay! So excited for you! Just remember - don't get discouraged when your 1st week SUCKS. :)
    And definitely don't hold back on the binge days - the more you eat the less your headaches will be. Weird, I know.

  3. Hmmmm, is it bad that I've sort of started the binge days already? lol, ok not really, but I AM sitting here eating oreos. I haven't done THAT in years! Yeah, I'm NOT looking forward to the first week!!! Well, the whole thing really.
    BTW, my friend who I told you about that already did it through the clinic I'm going to, her sister found an online place that is doing the correct (she says) hcg and it's now in drops. I know I know, it sounds sketchy. But her sister was WAY strict about this whole thing (as was my friend) and she's saying this website is awesome. It's $100 for a 30 day supply. Her sister is almost done and lost just as much weight and my friend is starting at the end of the month. Maybe this would be an option for you???     I'm still going to go through the clinic since I've never done it before, but if I have to do it again, I'm going to try this.

  4. I wouldn't want to do the drops because they're such a pain! I believe you have to do them 3x a day and you keep the drops under your tongue for I think 15 mins? Not positive, but not an option for me. I'm way too un-scheduled to be able to do that successfully.
