Chicken
Took Lisa's advice - cooked up a whole bunch of chicken for the next few days. That should help. Also, I need to get with the program as far as water goes. I am definitely not drinking enough, and I'm fairly certain I could be losing more if I'd just do it. Blast water not tasting like anything good!

Yay! I hope cooking all up all the meat helps! When I was pregnant with the twins, I would get so dehydrated. So I started making a rules. Every time I opened the fridge to get something for the kids or me or whatever, took a drink out of my water bottle. Every time I sat down at the computer, I had to take a drink. Every time I watched certain shows, I grabbed my water bottle and took a drink during the commercials. Water HELPS!
