So... as for BMI, I started out in the "obese" category.
Now I'm in the "overweight" category.
Apparently I need to lose 1.3 lbs to be "normal."
Here's to being "normal"!

Whoa! From 179 at the beginning of March to 146! ... and dropping. Whoa! I am so inspired! I don't know what I would do if I got down that low (my goal weight is 150-160). Watching your success, I am tempted to maybe lower my goal to 140! (Do I dare?) Keep up the great work. I will be back on VLCD after Mother's Day. Thanks for the encouraging inspiration!
