Binge Day 1

Oddly enough, I'm not hungry. How lame is that? I can (and should) eat a ton, and for the first time in my life I don't want to! LAME!

Ack!

A couple weeks ago a friend of mine posted some pictures of me on her blog. I had given her daughter a violin lesson and she took pictures to document the event. Unfortunately for me, I received quite the unhappy shock at seeing myself in those photos. As a general rule I stay away from being in pictures. This was a horrifying reminder why:




Until I saw those I really hadn't realized just how big I was. Sure, none of my clothes fit. Sure, I was wearing size huge. But not until I saw my belly hanging out and all the back-fat did it seep in that I, in fact, have a weight problem.
